Shipping Delivery Times & Charges

I. Standard shipping
• Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, Approx. 5-8 Business days** delivery from shipping date.
• Shipping Costs (handling cost included) is $6.95.
• Our shipping cost listed on the website not only cover Continental United States but also Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
II. Fedex - Standard Overnight Servicefedex
• All orders can be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight service, Approx. 2-4 Business days delivery from shipping date.
• Shipping Costs (handling cost included) is $15.50.
• Fedex will NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
III. EMS - Express Mail Service ems - Come Soon
• EMS is an available shipping method within the continental USA, Approx. 4-7 Business days** delivery from shipping date.
• Shipping Costs (handling cost included) is $9.95.
IV. UPS - United Parcel Service ups - Come Soon
• Anther option is UPS 2 Business days delivery. Approx. 2-4 Business days delivery from shipping date.
• Shipping Costs (handling cost included) is $25.00.
• UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
• All orders are normally shipped on the same day if placed before 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday before 10:30 am (Eastern Standard Time) .

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

PO Boxes: Post Office Box customers must select the PO Boxes delivery option during checkout. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes, unless they are located at UPS Stores. We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery method selection.

Return & Exchange

I. Rules & Policies:
• Digital-camera-battery.org accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days from the purchase date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Digital-camera-battery.org on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by Digital-camera-battery.org.
• Returns within 30 days from purchase date can be for exchange, refund or credit at Digital-camera-battery.org's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions and documentation.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if you want to return the product for any reason. We strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Digital-camera-battery.org immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Digital-camera-battery.org within 30 days from the invoice date, at Digital-camera-battery.org's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Digital-camera-battery.org within 30 days from the invoice date, at Digital-camera-battery.org's discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

**If any of the above conditions are not met, We reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion**

II. Return Refunds and Credits
• If you want to return the item for a refund, you can contact our customer services department at service@Digital-camera-battery.org obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Return within thirty (30) days from purchase can be for exchange, credit or refund at our discretion.
• Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card or PayPal will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.
• It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account.
